Aston Villa seems to have lost form at the worst possible time. They had a good in the last 1-2 months, assuring Premier League safety, but the final two matches of the season were absolutely dreadful for the Vilans – 1-6 against Southampton and 0-1 at home to Burnley. Obviously you can`t judge a team on two games alone, especially coming into a final, but Villa has been really poor on all fronts in these last two games, from defense to offense.

With quality, form and last years’ experience on their side, I fully expect Arsenal to win in the space of 90 minutes, possibly with goals to spare.

My tip is Arsenal to win – I`m staying away from handicaps (Villa won`t go down easy) in order to keep the bet safer, but on the other hand I will invest maximum stakes. Prediction: Arsenal – Aston Villa 2-0.
