UPDATE: Under receiving a payment complaint that can not be verified, but Bet2be could not dismiss it either, we have decided to suspend the review until further notice. Our links towards Bet2be have been deleted. Feel free to read our review, but we are not promoting Bet2be until issues are resolved.
Bet2be is an emerging bookmaker operated by Joint Sports Betting Limited and licensed and regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. They are a young bookie with strong ambitions, focusing on good odds, live betting and market selection.
The website might strike you as a little bit out-dated at first, the colors and fonts are not really up to standard in my opinion and there could be some improvement there. However, this will always be a subjective judgement and the bright side is that the website is very fast and responsive, with matches and competitions being grouped in an accessible drop down menu similar to other easy to use betting websites.
Bonus, Odds, Market selection
Bet2be welcomes you with a 100 GBP, 15% first deposit bonus. While the amount is good, the percentage is low and rollover requirements might be a bit too difficult, somewhere just below average in the industry standard.
The football odds are surely one of the strong points of the emerging bookie, or at least one of the strongest. Bet2be offers excellent prices and margins for football competitions. Margins on other sports like tennis are average but even there odds on favorites are generally very good. Note that sometimes you can find odds like 1.9 – 1.3 on a certain match (generally lower tennis/basketball events), which is unacceptable, but I trust this issue will be resolved. All in all, their payout percent is about 93% which puts them somewhere among the Top 15% in the industry regarding odds, surpassing a ton of more famous bookmakers
The betting coverage is very good in terms of betting options and types. Top football matches have as high as 300 betting options associated, while the handicap market is also excellent. The dark side of the coin is that they barely have 15 sports on offer, so this is a downside, but overall you have to love the handicapping and betting options available.
In play betting, mobile betting
Live betting is pretty good with Bet2be. A lot of matches on offer, great amount of betting options available and good odds. Last time I checked the live market in a low-profile Wednesday afternoon they provided all kinds of 3rd tier football events, volleyball and baseball with 35-100 betting types available for each event. The in play platform is also fast and responsive. They do not offer live streaming, which is the only real downside of their in-play software.
Bet2be does not provide mobile betting for now, which of course limits you to desktop betting or high traffic data mobile betting. It`s a major downside, but surely it will be sorted out soon.
Banking, limits, customer support
Banking options are solid, you can deposit trough Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Moneta, NETeller, Paysafecard, Qiwi, Skrill (Moneybookers) and WebMoney. Withdrawal options include Credit Card, Bank transfer, NETeller and Skrill. Payment time can be a problem sometimes, lasting a bit longer than the industry average. Limits at Bet2be are above average and you can bet as high as a couple tens of thousands of pounds on top events, but can also be limited on lower ones.
Customer support at Bet2be is poor. They do have sufficient contact options but are vastly understaffed and can be very slow in responding sometimes. The FAQ is the only real stable assistance on the website.
Bet2be bookmaker review summary
Bet2be still has a fair share of shortcomings to sort out like their lack of mobile betting, adding a few more sports, payout time and especially customer support – but they are working on it. We`re aiming here at betdistrict to promote emerging bookies with a lot of upside and Bet2be surely falls into that category. Their good odds, market selection in terms of betting types and live betting coverage will make me recommend them every time over a bookie who just offers sports like Golf or Bowls and has mobile betting and live chat. General services are at about between 3 and 3 and a half stars, we`ll give them 3 and a half stars just because they are new at the job.
