Ivo Karlovic has probobly the best serve on the Tour. He serves almost constantly over 20 aces in matches versus good players so he should serve at least that number versus today's opponent. He gets many easy points with his serve and player like Groth shouldn't have much chances while returning. Karlovic isn't returning good as well so he will have problems with Groth's serve. Groth is good server, not like Karlovic but he serves pretty good and I don't think Karlovic should have an easy job returning. both players have high average totals in 1st set, Karlovic has 12.20 games, and Groth has 11.50 games average total in 1st set. I wouldn't be suprised if we'll see a tie break in first set.
