I am surprised to see Gleb Sakharov as the outsider here. The frenchman is playing the best tennis of his career in the past 6 months and just won a really solid match against young tennis sensation Casper Ruud. I am not going to complain about the odds and he's my pick today.
Rubin managed to beat another french rising star in Corentin Moutet in his last game but it was a really competitive match and Sakharov is a much better server then Moutet also with playing high level in exchanges.
Sakharov was playing ITF a year ago and now he gets the opportunity to get to the final of a challenger tournament if he managed to beat Rubin , a decent player , but ranked outside the top 200 for a reason. Sakharov will be the fan favourite in a popular tournament with mostly packed crowd every year here in Noumea I like the odds GL !
