The Foxes are doing pretty well in CL but struggle not to get to deep in relegation fights. A few days ago I read a quote of Ranieri that his players are too much in the CL with their minds and should concentrate more on daily business. I think thats what he's trying to tell them every time he can.
To stay away from relegation region, games like this are fundamental to be won. Palace is far from being easy to beat, but Leicester is doing well at home (2-2-0 w/ 5:1 goals), in fact they can beat Chelseas record of 21 home games without a defeat (19 till now).
CP away 2-1-1 and 6:5 goals isn't bad, but the victories were against Sunderland (3:2) and Middlesbrough (2:1). Ok, I have to admit that an 1:1 against Everton and only loosing 0:1 in Tottenham is also an achievement.
Leicester won against Burnley (3:0) and Swansea (2:1) and tied two times 0:0 against Arsenal and Southampton.
Both will be missing one or another important player like Benalouane, Mendy (for sure) and perhaps King, Morgan, Vardy (trained not at thursday; but Ranieri was confident to get them in shape) and James for Leicester City,
Remy and Souare for Palace.
I have to be honest now. My first idea was to play a Leicester victory, but my mind changed over the research within the last hour.
Leicester has the pressure to get away from the bottom and has to achieve that with important players not in full shape.
So I will play Crystal Palace not to loose.
