Liverpool have very good season behind them, they played in the final of Champions League, while they finished on the 4th place in Premier League. They was great offensively and scored 64 goals in Premier League last season which is 2.21 goals per game average, but they have struggled defensively and have conceded exactly 1 goal per game average. They have made some good transfers this summer, bought Alisson, Keita, Fabinho and Shaquiri, while the only important departure in their team is Emre Can so they surely have big ambitions for this season and they are one of main contenders for title.
West Ham wasn’t so good last season, they have finished on 13th place in Premier League. However I think they will be better this year. They spent some money this summer, bought some really good players like Felipe Anderson, Issa Diop, Yarmolenko and Wilshire so I expect to see them in the top half of table.

On the other hand they have many defenders doubtful for this game like Gomez, Matip, Milner and Fabinho so I think they will struggle to keep a clean sheet here especially as West Ham looks significantly stronger offensively than last season. I expect goals on the both sides here and my call will be over 3.5.
