Berrettini is playing a great tennis on this tournament and he has made the biggest result in his career so far reaching semifinal. He managed to beat some really good players on his way like Gasquet, Rublev and Monfils. He had a very tough job against Monfils in the quarterfinal and beat him in 5 sets. He got exhausted in that game and it is a question how fresh he will be for this game.
I doubt Berrettini can play on that high level today, also he will have much tougher opponent so I think he cant do so much here. Nadal is playing very well, dropped only one set so far which was against Cilic. He has a great chance to win this tournament after eliomination of Djokovic and Federer and he know that, so I think he wont miss this chance.
