Arsenal will host Manchester City in the opening round of English Premier League.
Arsenal will start this season under new coach Unai Emery. Their goal will be to finish in top 5 which wont be so easy for them. They have some new signings, mostly defenders, bought Lichsteiner, Sokratis, Leno and Torreira, while they left Lucas Perez, Wilshire and Cazorla.
Manchester City have won title on impressive way last season and they are main favorites to win Premier League again. There are not so many changes in their team, they only bought Mahrez but they are not in need to sign so many new players as they already have great team.
Manchester City is favorite to win this game, they beat Arsenal in all of their 3 meetings last season pretty easily. However I still more like betting on goals here and I expect high scoring game. Both teams are very strong in offense, Arsenal have great Aubumeyang who has scored 10 goals in 13 matches last season, while there is also very good Lacazzette. On the other hand Man City was the highest scoring team in Premier League last season with 106 goals scored which is 2.79 goals per game, they have scored at least 3 goals in all 3 games against Arsenal last year so I think they will be efficient today as well and I will go with over 3.5 goals today.
