Besiktas is having a decent roster but they play hot/cold...they won against two Euro League teams like Efes and Darussafaka in a row and then they have lost to Bayreuth with 15p pts differential. Prometheus on other hand won against German team in both rounds and they have beaten Besiktas in first round with 80:72.
Besiktas won in their last game against Strasbourg in extremely low scoring game and only thanks to their player Jason Rich who collected 28 points out of 66 team pts and became MVP of the round. Besiktas does play defense in most of their games but again they are hot/cold in that section as well and I just don't trust them in that way.
In their last game Besiktas lost to Tofas by 89:79 what is a proof their defense isn't to be trusted while Prometheus collected 77 points against Olympiakos.
In Champions League in Istanbul teams like Virtus Bologna, Petrol Olimpija and Bayreuth all went over 80 pts so I can't find any reason why Greek team wouldn't do it, they are similar or even better than these mentioned teams.
Interesting fact is also that Prometheus was never bellow 75 points in this competition, yet!!!
