After losing somehow undeserved first game in 2020 , at home versus Chateauroux, Rodez put the things together and are now unbeaten in last 5 games, taking only 1 win and drew 4 times. But still plenty to do for promoted Rodez in order to be saved, as they hare currently on 13rd spot with only 6 points more than relegation spots.
Lorient lost a bit from they aura, after taking a clear lead found a way to blew last 2 games and to balance 1st spot battle. Is true the had 2 difficult opponents Guingamp and Clermont and versus Guingamp they have lost in injury time. I don’t thing there is any worry regarding their promotion, Lorient having one of the best team in the Ligue. I am sure they will find the way to comeback soon at the winning days and I see them keeping the gap to the other promotion contender. Also the game versus Clermont would had headed to a draw, but a red card saw by Lemoine was enough for Clermont to force and to score the winner. So Lemoine is suspended for this trip.
