Gennady Golovkin Vs Marco Antonio Rubio

The growing legend of Gennady Golovkin can add a new chapter this Saturday evening when the Kazakh middleweight goes for an 18th consecutive ko win against Mexico's Marco Antonio Rubio.

If Rubio brings his usual attacking style he could be in trouble early against a man who has almost every tool in his box to dismantle an opponent.

Golovkin has ko'd a good amount of his opponents in the first three rounds and Rubio has been stopped twice in the first couple stanzas, although the last one of those was in 2004. I expect the fight to be over before the seventh round, possibly before the fourth.
