Ireland's Stephen Ormond is putting his European lightweight on the line with the hope to get a world title shot but Terry Flanagan wants that global opportunity too and the Manchester man is favourite with the bookies.
Ormond is a decent fighter and always comes to the ring in shape but he lacks real power and his ko wins have come against lower class, glass-jawed opponents.
Flanagan is unbeaten fighter and while he doesn't have ko-power either, he does have a busy style that Ormond may struggle to keep up with.
The fight is schedule for only 10 rounds and either man can win on points but my money is going on the title challenger.
