Eysseric coming after big win 7-6 7-0 with Stakhovsky .. a huge surprise IMO. A match that Stakhovsky did not play the best, very far from his best and even looked injured in 2nd set but Eysseric deserves his credit.
Gombos passed Devvarman and Hanescu in 3 sets each. Not an easy road to reach challanger quarterfinals. Gombos did the job professionally with two hard players.
Gombos is looking good this year and close to break Top 100, Eysseric not even in Top 300. Eysseric is in decent form with winning a futures and QF at challenger in last two tournaments .. but beat only one Top 200 player (Bourge, 199 ATP).
Odds are dropping so better take this one early. Eysseric rated so well only because of Stakhosky win but that was 80% because Stakhovsky was poor and not interested.
