Also, the Africans are at full pace right now, fit and ready for the Cup of Nations. Expect a lot of heart and desire from Sweden, but not much more. Because I didn`t want to anticipate it, I don`t know exactly what players the manager will choose to field. With Sweden it was easier, they don`t have too many players to choose from, but of course that lineup is not set in stone either.

Honestly I`m not so sure about that, Ivory Coast can defend well when focused (see 1-0 vs. Nigeria) and Sweden has no firepower with this squad. However it could happen if the teams will not take the game too seriously, after all it`s just a friendly.
I am shocked that the odds have gone up on Ivory Coast, I can`t see any reason for this to happen. Even if the manager decides to rest all his starters (which is extremely unlikely of course), Ivory Coast will still be much stronger than this experimental Sweden side + the other advantages written in the preview.
I think that bettors simply don`t know that Sweden will field a divisionary side, it`s the only explanation.
