Last Sunday match in the Premier League will see West Ham united take on Manchester United at Boleyn Ground.
West Ham is on the back of a 2-0 loss at Liverpool, but nevertheless the Hammers are in good shape right now – it was the first loss in the last 7 games in all competition and West Ham will climb up to the 7th place if they manage a surprise win over Manchester United. That might be hard, but a draw looks into West Ham’s grasp, as they are playing very good football at home, winning 7 of their 12 matches at Boleyn Ground this season, losing just 3 (Arsenal, Tottenham, Southampton).
Manchester United has dropped to the 4th place after Southampton’s win yesterday, but the Devils can climb up back to third with a win today, also cementing a Top 4 place after Arsenal lost yesterday. United is on the back of two solid wins against Leicester City and Cambridge (3-1 and 3-0), but West Ham will be a different kind of opposition and playing away has been difficult for United this season – just 3 wins in 11 games.

Team news & lineups:
West Ham will be without Andy Carroll, he is the only definitive absence from the lineup. However, the Hammers have a high number of questionable players, though most of them are expected to be fit: Reid, Tomkins, Jenkinson, Collins and Kouyate. Manchester United is healthier than ever, only missing Michael Carrick – not a big handicap.
West Ham: Adrian – Jenkinson, Reid, Song, Cresswell – Noble, Amalfitano, Nolan, Downing – Sahko, Valencia
Man Utd: De Gea – Jones, Rojo, Shaw – Blind, Fellaini, Rooney, Valencia – Di Maria – Van Persie, Falcao
West Ham hasn’t won at home against United since 2007 (when I actually lost a bet on the Devils) and that might not change today, but I can`t see Manchester winning either. West Ham is playing really good football this season, especially at home, while United is having big problems on the road, winning less than 30% of their away games. I can`t see that percentace improving on such a tough ground today. Look for an evenly matched encounter and my tip here is West Ham +0,5 handicap. Prediction: West Ham United – Manchester United 1-1.
