PSV took a couple of years to promote youngsters and build a squad for the future … and boy did they nail it! The visitors are playing absolutely amazing football this year, they won 19 of 22 league games (!!!), have the best offense, the best defense and virtually already won the league. Also PSV is on a run of 9 consecutive wins in the Eredivisie, scoring at least two goals in each of those 9 wins. Schaars, Guardado and Jozefzoon will miss from PSV’s lineup.
Both teams are scoring for fun at the moment and even if AZ misses Johansson, I see an open game with a lot of chances and at least 3 goals to show for … so the under over market looks really interesting. PSV will come here without pressure, looking to play their usual free flowing type of football but at the same time could get a little relaxed at the back and Alkmaar can surely punish that.
