Their form looks even better when comparing it with their rivals, especially Chelsea who is living the worse moment of the Mourinho second era. Manchester city looks so good because they finally acknowledged that their problem is in defense, with too many leaked goals. Their acquisition of Otamendi was very good, he is my favorite defender and he is world class. They also bought Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling. The result? 5 clean sheets for City in their first 5 games, including a 3-0 win over Chelsea.

Let’s speak about Juventus. They just gave up on the backbone of the team, selling Tevez and Vidal and just letting Pirlo go. They were players with a lot of experience. The result? They have 1 point after 2 rounds. Two of those games being played at home vs. the famous Udinese and the illustrious Chievo. The problem? Lack of cohesion, lack of experience, many new players that know the game, but are not that well accustomed to playing each other. Dybala, Alex Sandro, Hernanes are all great, but they don’t have experience of playing together. I expect every one of them to make an impact, but not today, and certainly not against Manchester City at the Etihad.
