City has been a bipolar team so far this season, alternating weeks of great play with weeks in which they could not get anything going. Arsenal seemed to be on a roll before suffering a devastating defeat at Everton midweek – a loss that saw them fall 6 points behind Chelsea in the standings. Arsenal did not quite deserve to lose that game a draw would have been the fair result, as Arsenal also should have been awarded a late penalty. Still, it was a step back in terms of performance for the Gunners after they previously 3 matches in a row in very convincing fashion.

Aguero, Fernandinho, Gundogan, Kompany and Delph are out for City. The usual suspects are out for Arsenal: Cazorla, Debuchy, Welbeck and Mertesacker. However, Arsenal will also miss Mustafi, while Ramsey is doubtful.

Despite the loss to Everton, Arsenal seems to be the more consistent and in form team here. They can not afford a loss and should take advantage of City`s struggles, as the hosts are just not the same team without Aguero.
On the other hand, Arsene Wenger rarely approaches these big road games with a winning mentality and Arsenal usually settles for draws, even when they could try and go for more. I believe it will be the same kind of game for Arsenal, especially as they can not afford to lose.
I doubt City can win this and I don`t think Arsenal will be as interested in winning it as they will be in not losing it. I think it`s fair to expect a draw here, even more so when we think that a defeat would pretty much end City`s or Arsenal’s title hopes.
