I consider Fulham will win this one
Here's a few reasons why
1) I don't believe Cardiff purchases reached such a "critical mass" to make them a survivor in the PL
2) Cardiff is a strong home team where they have great support. Less of an away team though.
3) It's obvious Fulham should win this type of game if they wanna stay in the prem. I think their long term prospects are poor as they have a lot of aging players but for now there's a lot of quality and experience in their team that Cardiff simply can't match.
