I believe England's team is hugely overrated.
To think of an England team I'm hugely impressed in, that looks like the "final product", I have to think as far back as the legendary 5-1 in Germany or Euro 1996. So 10-15 years ago
For unknown reasons (or maybe the players just not giving a damn) they suck. The players play worse than they do in the league and the team itself is weaker than the sum of its parts.
The latest "achievement" was the draw in Ukraine with England defending more or less for their lives looking distinctly average and not able to string three passes.
So a price of 1.36 on England to win has to be a joke. Montenegro is highly motivated with a very good shot at qualifying. They recently drew England and Poland.
I think the chosen pick presents a very low risk. I might be tempted in something similar for England's next game as well.
