Typically Arsenal have been known to be a bit unreliable on big European nights, but I think there is too much momentum on their side. They are at home, and they dont have to travel across europe. This will be built up behind Arsenal closed doors, and I expect them to deliver.
Napoli will try and be tactically sound, with their counter attack game, but I expect Arsenal to dominate possession and take their chances. Ramsey, Gioud and Ozil are all hot at the moment.
