Man city have had a terrible week. Im not sure which is worse, the loss to aston villa where they had the lead twice, controlled possession and still managed to loose. Or the loss to bayern, where they would have been better served letting their reserves have a run and save the first team's energy.
two big problems stand out for city.
1. Joe Hart has been terrible.
2, Nastasic has been terrible .
The positive is Negredo looks like hes going to score all the time.
Everton have been in good form and have adapted to the Martinez game plan much faster than predicted. The team is fresh without any midweek commitments. Barry will not play, while Mirallas and Gibson have about a 50% chance.
City will be slightly nervous in the second half either pushing for or defending a lead, I expect some errors by the city back line and the game situation should present the need for goals.
