Have to pick an early price here, as I suspect it will only decrease.
There's a couple of things which motivate my pick (Turkey to get at least a draw)
1)First of all, the most worthy thing about Romania's team is the coach, V Piturca. By having Terim now Turkey should be better at a tactical level.
2)A draw helps Romania and which in turn helps us. Piturca managed some games in the past clearly looking for a draw. Expect Romania closing the game in the later stages if the score is say, 1-1
3)It's a sad hard fact that whilst Romania's league is riddled with problems the Turkish League has seen huge investments over the last 15-20 years. I don't see a romanian team paying somebody like Sneijder in the next 100 years. This reflects unfortunately in a much better football environment overall and 3 times more expensive footie team.
