2) The fact that Sam Allardyce is generally a solid coach who established West Ham as a solid mid table team basing this on strong showings at home
3) The fact that Everton is an atrocious away team last winning away in January...
4) Whilst Everton new signings are decent just like in Tottenham's case they might take a while to adjust. West Ham's core has been together a while
