Poli got news they will compete in Liga 1 days ago!!! It's a team that fell to relegation last year but because Romanian football is a joke Poli got news they will replace Rapid in Liga 1 (finances).
Only Friday morning became 100% sure that this match will take place.
Club was prepared to play in Liga 2. They are not prepared for this match and don't have good players.
To top it off Poli starts Liga 1 with 14 points penalty. No enthusiasm whatsoever for this match.

Dinamo must win this game with a large difference IMO they are basically playing a second division club who had no time to train for this match. To top it off Dinamo looked fantastic last weekend in company of champions Astra, 4-1 win away from home.
My take is Dinamo -1,5 but I will try the -2,5 also with smaller stake. Score like 5-0 is not impossible.
