This for me is very simple. Not the safest of bets but a bet with plenty of value.

Botosani is now a playoff team but their quality is not that of a playoff team. They are a team to finish between 8-10 places probably.
Astra is last years champions but they are in horrible state. Team has no money and players are playing for free. Astra in Romania is on 12 place ... the only two teams below them started with 6 and 14 points penalty ... so you can imagine ...
But Astra comes after incredible 2-1 win in Europa League in Czech Republic with Plzen, so there is still some edge in this team...
I think Astra will be pump up after good result but also tired and Botosani a good team at home, this looks like a draw.
Botosani with more motivation and good at home, but Astra with enthusiasm after Europa league and more quality. Draw!
I am optimistic with this draw so I invest good money, not that it's sure but it's good value IMO.
