I think that John Isner deserves to start this one as favourite. He is playing absolutely incredible in this tournament and his serve is absolutely unstoppable. Today, his serve will be even more effective as Anderson always had problems against him. In fact, John Isner is leading h2h 8-3 and he won last 4 matches against Anderson.
It's true that Kevin was outstanding against Federer coming back from being 2 sets down but the swiss was not himself...Anderson will be very tired physicaly and mentally after that big fight and I see him not having many chances to break his opponent.
John Isner won against a very similiar opponent in the last round (Raonic) conceding only 1 break point and I'm expecting something similiar today. Anderson will concede more on serve while Isner should keep his incredible rhytm (he conceded only 7 break points in the whole tournament).
