So Svitolina have not really lived up to expectations so far this year but for someone with her qualities she can easily turn the season around and where else to do so than at Dubai. She has an amazing record at this tournament , she won the title twice in the last 4 years and the other 2 years she made the semi finals.
Brady is a having a somewhat good season so far, she won 8 and lost 3 matches but most her victories had been at qualifiers. Despite having an incredible stats last year she only made 1 final, so am not really confident about her chances of beating better players.
