Quarter final match at the Dubai WTA and we have Jenifer Brady playing against Garbine Muguruza .
So my last Tennis bet was against Brady, she played Svitolina in the 1st round and well it was a disgraceful performance from Svitolina , she lost 6:2,6:1. I wouldn't really say it was a good performance from Brady cos despite being a decent player she is no match for Svitolina who for some reason never got in the match.
2nd round she played Vondrousova who is more of a clay court player and it was a close match which Brady won in 3 sets, now she plays former Number 1 Muguruza who is in a much better form than her previous opponents.
Muguruza was seriously underrated at the Australian Open , she wasn't even seeded but she played really well to reach the final. At this tournament she got an easy match against Clijsters in the 1st round, her 2nd match was against Kudermetova who is having a good year and she deservedly got a set in that match.
Brady and Muguruza have never faced each other but nowhere do I even see Brady getting a set here. Brady for me is still not a threat to better players and though she's got good numbers already this year most Her matches are still at qualifiers . She's played 5 matches already at this tournament and I don't think she's strong enough to continue.
