This is the final of the Antalya 12 ITF between Ioana Loredana Rosca from Romania and Caroline Romeo from France.
I am quite surprised that Romeo is not the favorite in this final after the way she performed in this tournament. To me Romeo was to good so far to not back in this final and if she performs as she did in her previous matches I think she can actually win this pretty easily.
Romeo defeated Kachar 6-4, 6-3, Kerimbayeva 6-4, 6-3, Sotnikova 7-6(5), 6-4 and Aksu 6-4, 6-4. Her win against Kerimbayeva and Sotnikova where very impressive in my opinion because not only where they against two players that where favorite to win this tournament but they where also in straight sets. Also her win against Aksu was quite good considering she faced one of the home crowd favorites which was in quite a good form herself.
Rosca so far defeated Lankri 6-2, 1-6, 7-5, Sezer 3-6, 6-3, 6-3, Klasen 6-3, 6-1 and Ene 7-6(1), 6-0. She didn't play so well in the first two matches and I think one of the reason she won against Ene so easily is because she was facing pretty tired opponent. I say tired because even though both player had to play something like a match and a half(they had to play more because of matches being suspended the day before) in the same day Ene's match was much more harder and against a tougher opponent.
I think the odds are this way mostly because Rosca had a easy win against Ene who was the 5th seeded player here. I on the other hand actually consider Romeo to be the favorite here because she played very well so far and has defeated opponents which I consider better than Rosca.
