Borussia Dortmund meets Juventus in the Champions League, the Italians favorites to qualify after winning the first leg 2-1.
Dortmund is a nice team, they have a lot of quality in a lot of different positions, but i think their defense has not really improved. I think they should have invested more in this. They have good options in attack, Reus, Aubameyang, Immobile, a lot of options in midfield, Mikhtaryan, Gundogan, Sahin, Kuba, but not so much in defense. From what I’ve seen in the first leg, Dortmund would have not scored if it wasn’t for that Chiellini slip-up.

I think Juve have a lot of quality this season, playing good football and are looking better under Allegri. Allegri in my opinion is not a good motivator (like Conte was) but is better at tactics (which is so important in Champions League). I think Juve was very, very afraid of Dortmund in the first game but after seeing that the Germans are nothing to be afraid of, they attacked and scored.
I especially like the small (yet important) additions Juve have made in the last 1 and a half years. Morata finally started to show his quality, leaving Llorente on the bench and Pereyra is being used more and more. If i look at Juve’s team, i really can not see a weakness or handicap, except for the fact that they do not have an exceptional player, like Messi or CR7.
I think that with a little luck and without facing more than one of the following teams until the final, Real, Barca, Bayern, i think Juve can actually win the CL this year. But i will talk more about this with another occasion.
For this game my prediction is Juve +0.5 handicap, I think they will qualify for the quarterfinals. Good Luck!
