The results are an indicative of that, they have only 2 points in this group and scored a single goal in the 1-1 home draw with Turkey (the other point was in Kazakhstan, even there they were vastly outplayed). Latvia lost 6-0 to Netherlands and 3-0 to Iceland.
Latvia will approach this game in a super defensive manner, there is no doubt about that.
