Dinamo Bucharest tries to recover after losing their undefeated record last week, and a match against relegation strugglers CSMS Iasi at Dinamo Stadium might just be the best moment to do that.
Dinamo had 3 wins and 3 draws in the first 6 rounds, playing decent football, but in the last Liga 1 matchday the Red Dogs succumbed to a 3-2 defeat at mid-table club Botosani. There were a lot of excuses for Dinamo, as they lost the game in the last minute being 2 men down, but overall it was a poor performance and it came after a string of 4 mediocre matches. Dinamo will try to regain some of that offensive flow they had in the first games of the season and the return of best player Lazar should help them in that regard.
CSMS Iasi is a newly promoted team, they have a number of players with Liga 1 experience in their roster but they are past their best and overall the team played poor football in the first 6 rounds. Iasi has failed to win a single game so far (4 draws, 3 losses), they are second to last in the table and changed the manager 2 rounds ago, but with little effect.

Team news: Dinamo gets a number of key players back from injuries / suspensions. Lazar, Bilinski or Durimel are likely to feature after missing the last match, so that is good news for the Red Dogs. However, regulars Fai and Barboianu are suspended, so that will be a handicap. Iasi will probably play in a similar formation to last round. Can`t say for sure how the visiting coach will decide to line up, but Dinamo should look very similar to this:

Since Flavius Stoican took over early last season Dinamo has been a force to be reckoned with at home, even when they were not in the best form. The Red Dogs play their best football at “Dinamo” and this season they have 2 wins, 1 draw, 0 losses and 7-2 goal difference. CSMS Iasi is a clearly inferior team, their form is horrible and with the long travel from Iasi to Bucuresti the disadvantage of playing away will be even greater. I just can`t look past Dinamo here, they are not playing at their best but this is an accessible game and they should win it. With a slight improvement they should also do it by 2 or more goals. My tip is Dinamo to win and cover the -1 asian handicap. I`m quite surprised with the high odds and I expect them to drop. Prediction: Dinamo Bucharest – CSMS Iasi 3-1.
