Dynamo Kiev’s lineup has changed a lot recently. They sold some important players, like Belhanda to Schalke, or an important defender to Stuttgart. They also lost Mbokani to Norwich, and Lens (last summer) to Sunderland. For this game they will miss Antunes, good player, taken from Malaga a few seasons ago. I consider that Dynamo is weaker than 2 years ago and the conflict in Ukraine has taken it’s toll, even if Kiev is not in the heart of the war.

Manchester City will miss some players as well from their lineup. de Bruyne, Navas, Mangala, Delph, Bony and Sagna are all out, but they are semi-regulars at best. Man City will be able to align a very competitive starting eleven, with Otamendi and Kompany at the back, the 2 brazilians in DM, Fernando and Fernandinho, and also their best offensive quartet of Silva, Toure, Aguero and Sterling. So I really struggle to see anything else than a Man City win here.
They are doing rather poor domestically, and the announcement of Pellegrini’s departure at the end of the season was not good for the club, but still they have to take this chance (of drawing a poor team) and qualify further.
