Good start from the Hoffenheim specially as they met pretty good teams like Wolfsburg, Augsburg, Werder and Stuttgart … last round was a 2-0 win away at Stuttgart (a little lucky but it was always going to be a hard game). Team looked very balanced so far between offense and defense despite missing some players and Hoffenheim can hope to get an European placement this season. For today they miss Salihovic, Casteels, Toljan, Kim, Bicakcic and Volland is questionable.

Freiburg has no wins so far in Bundesliga … 2 draws and 2 losses. Visitors have not played so bad and met a couple of good teams but it is a fact that they lack quality this season and the best they can hope for is a midtable finish. Last round Freiburg made a draw at home with Hertha, another team with a bad start in the league. A big problem for Freiburg is that their game on the road was always poor and this season lost both away games. For today Freiburg miss Schahin, Stanko, Mehmedi and probably Riether.

Hoffenheim looks very good value for the odds to win this. Hosts have better value in the roster, played much better football than Freiburg and with home court advantage for sure they can’t alow points to slip away.
