Juventus hosts Fiorentina in the first leg of this Coppa Italia semifinal.

Fiorentina is also a team in very good form, brilliant form actually … just knocked out Tottenham from the Europa League, a great result and immediately backed it up with another big one, a 1-0 win in Milan vs. Internazionale. Montella is doing an amazing job with this team who has not lost in 12 games in all competitions and is doing very well even on the road … 3 wins and 2 draws in the last 5 games. Bad news is that today a lot of players will miss from Fiorentina’s lineup, good news is that they are used to it … Rossi, Babacar, Bernardeschi, Lupatelli, Savic, Tomovic and Tatarusanu are out.
Very interesting Cup tie between probably the best teams in Italy at the current moment, at least the most in form. Fiorentina is playing top football but somehow I do not see Juventus losing the chance to finally win the Cup after 20 years. They need a home win, because in Firenze it will be very tough and I think Juve will get a close one today. They are so strong at home, and Fiorentina could feel some fatigue after so many hard games and with all those injuries (they don’t have Juve’s depth).
