Team news: The two teams are expected to use similar lineups with those that took the field in the first leg. It will be interesting to see if Las Palmas will choose to field 40 year old veteran Juan Carlos Valeron in the starting lineup this time around – and I expect that to happen.
The odds for Las Palmas are way too low here. Granted, they have a lot of things going for them if you look at plain stats – they finished higher in the regular season, they had a lot of chances in the first leg, they are great at home and after all Zaragoza would be more than happy with a 1 goal loss. Seems like the first leg (when Zaragoza was lucky) was a good indicative. I expected them to be dangerous on counters and I was looking at that 1.65 for Las Palmas, thinking it`s just too low in such a match. Not my best tip, that is for sure.
