Luxembourg hosts Ukraine in the Euro 2016 qualifying Group C, fourth round.

Luxembourg we all know are improving as a football nations and are not the beating horse anymore in qualifiers … but they are still not good enough to challenge the top sides. So far Luxembourg with only 1 point, lucky 1-1 vs. Belarus. In the other games in the Group they lost 0-4 vs Spain and 2-3 vs Macedonia. Pretty weird, as they managed to score a few goals but their defense was much worse than expected, 8 goals allowed in 3 games is not really the best statistic for them. Overall Luxembourg lost 6 of the last 8 games they played and 3 of the last 5 at home.

Ukraine looking really good, playing top football in the last year. Visitors have built a great team, mostly with players from domestic championship, which brings great cohesion and playing relations … Ukraine won 15 of the last 19 games and have 6 points in this group … lost unlucky to Slovakia 0-1, won vs. Belarus 2-0 and vs. Macedonia 1-0. Visitors have a great attacking setup but most of all their defense is impressive, they kept a clean sheet in 12 of the last 15 matches, some real impressive statistics.
