However, in the past season, there have been players that have compensated for the poor defense throughout that brilliant skills in midfield. Yaya Toure and David Silva are the people i am talking about. David Silva will miss, a big blow. Yaya Toure has not been so good this season, and a it’s normal to not be good in such a hard role (box-to-box midfielder) at 32 years of age. Kolarov is also missing. For me Kolarov is brilliant, solid at the back but knows when to go and help his team-mates in attack. Instead of him will be Clichy. Swansea has almost a full squad at their disposal. They played some brilliant football this season. Garry Monk is doing a fantastic job, players like Wilfred Bony and Sigurdsson are more than capable of scoring today. I will take +1.5 on Swansea, they will certainly score, and i don’t think City can score twice.
Another reason for this bet is that in the PL, Man City have slight slight hopes of winning (Chelsea is too good) but in the Champions League they play Bayern, and in the CL they really have chances of qualifying. If they get lose vs Bayern, their season in the CL is almost over. So they might have that game in mind and lose focus vs Swansea. My tip on this game is Swansea +1,5 handicap.
