He played really bad against Chardy, improved yesterday but he still did not reproduce his recent level which brought him 12 consecutive wins before Paris, winning Shanghai and Basel. Fed is fired up to finish the year on the number 1 spot and he`s really motivated here in Paris, especially today – Djokovic plays Murray and could lose, so Fed will feel a win today could get him in a really solid spot.
It`s no secret that Federer is an absolute beast against big servers and the 6-0 H2H against Raonic is no fluke. Milos is one of Roger`s favorite clients, his style of play simply can`t hurt the Swiss and proof of that is that Federer won 10 consecutive sets against the big serving canadian.
