I`m pretty sure that`s the only way you could lose both. It`s common in boxing, but virtually impossible in this match. Problem is you never know with boxing officials.

Ok, so about the other question, there could be two other situations.
1. Retirement (boxer quits or medic stops him between rounds)
2. Technical decision (ref has to stop the fight because of injury sustained due to an accidental event. ex: headbutt)
Normally Retirement falls under the Disqualification category, or at the very worst the bet should be void. 1x bet says in the rules “Disqualification or refusal”, so I think if retirement occurs, it will fall under DQ … but I can`t be 100% sure.

You are not wrong. Yes, people are going mad and they are naive. I think it might be the best value bet of all time. In my opinion Mayweather shouldn`t even have odds, or at best 1.01. He can only lose if he breaks both hands (one is not enough), if the match is fixed or if McGregor lands a punch which has about 1 in a million chances to happen. Like you said anything can happen in sport, but to suggest McGregor has a 30% chance of winning is insane. He has a 1% chance at best, more like 0,1%.
Normally Mayweather should KO him, or beat him up so bad that he won`t be able to continue (KO, TKO or DQ at 1.72). But it`s hard to say given the fact that this is a circus. Maybe they want to make it interesting and go 12 rounds in order to get money from a rematch. I will have to think about it in the next days, but right now I`d say the best bet is Mayweather to win straight up … I mean we don`t want to end up losing money like idiots when we know who will win.

Yep, disqualification is a real possibility. Not a leg in the head though, as there are clauses in the contract which would make him pay huge amounts of money if he does MMA moves on Floyd.

Boxing is more prone to all the analysis going out the window simply because one punch can end it in favor of someone losing. If a clearly inferior team is down 6-0 in soccer they can’t score a 7 point goal. Fighting sports like boxing are a different animal. You have a point but, like you said, this is boxing, not MMA. You can`t just take people from other sports, put them against a boxer with 25 years experience (who`s one of the best ever on top of that), and say “anybody can land a punch”. How many great boxers didn`t land a punch against Floyd?
