Rennes suffered a heart breaking 2-0 defeat in the Cup final against Guingamp on Saturday despite being favorites to lift the trophy. It was the 3rd straight game without a win for Rennes. The defeat was one thing, but the performance was even worse, Rennes played incredibly bad and for sure will be affected by that result today. Rennes still has a few worries regarding relegation but 3 points above the line, with one game in hand and with 2 teams between them and the drop zone they look safe. Makoun and M’Bengue are the only missing players for Rennes.
