Stats are telling the story here … Depor is just not playing well. Luisinho is suspended for today and Wilk will miss from the lineup also. Helder Postiga and Salomao are questionable and probably will be on the bench at best.
Really the only thing working in Deportivo’s favor today is that they have much more motivation … but motivation is not enough. Real Sociedad does not seem bothered by the fact that they have nothing left to fight for and are playing their best football of the season at the moment. At home they are a hard task even for the best teams in La Liga and Deportivo is far away from that standard. I see Real Sociedad continuing the excellent overall and home form vs. a side that is looking in shambles at the moment. My tip will be Real Sociedad to win … I think it can be an easy win, but it could also be more tight if Vela and Finbogasson do not play.
