Levante is comfortably sitting on the 10th place in La Liga – they are safe from relegation so it will be a cruise to the end of the season. Levante is in pretty good form – in the last 8 games in the league and cup they lost only to Barcelona (twice). Both defeats were heavy (9-2 aggregate) but on the other hand Levante beat Sevilla on the road and held Barcelona to a 1-1 draw in the last 8 games. Last weekend Levante was held to a scoreless draw by Rayo Vallecano at home. The visitors will only miss Pinto today – and Rodas is doubtful.

Sociedad might be the better team and they play very good at home but this could be a tricky game for them. Levante is a resilient side, hard to beat, and they are playing pretty good lately. Also, they are decent on the road (4 wins, 2 draws, 5 losses). Levante lost just 5 times this season with more than 1 goal difference (both league and Cup), and 3 times it was against Barcelona, so I think Sociedad will win this by only one goal, if they do – because I trust Levante can snatch a draw here. Sociedad is not so strong to be expected to defeat a team like Levante just like that, because that`s what the odds are suggesting. Honestly I can`t see Sociedad covering the handicap even if they manage to play better than they did against Atletico. My tip is Levante + 1,5 handicap. Maybe asian handicaps of 1 or 1,25 would be better value but as far as I’m concerned, I will choose profit safety for this one. Correct score prediction would be Real Sociedad – Levante 2-1.
