Haidara, Krul, Toney, Colback, Elliot and Good are all out, but Obertan, Coloccini, Marveaux, Mbabu and Dummett might miss out as well.

The 2-3 loss to Norwich last round was a disaster for Newcastle and considering their recent form, I can’t see the Magpies recovering in time to face Southampton. The Saints are one of the best sides in the Premier League, they are playing good football at the moment and want to bounce back after the Leicester loss.
This looks like a classic home win for Southampton and I don’t anticipate an upset. Look for the Saints to keep the ball, dominate possession and eventually break down a shaky Newcastle defense. My tip is Southampton to win, odds are good enough for me to avoid handicaps – though I do expect the hosts to win by more than 1 goal. Prediction: Southampton – Newcastle 2-0.
