If Cazorla does not start (and I suspect he won’t), there could be some problems again for Arsenal in midfield, as Xhaka is suspended. Elneny and Coquelin are not proper players when Arsenal needs to break down an overcrowded defense and that was seen against Middlesbrough.
However, Sunderland is so poor, that I doubt this will have an impact on the game. Arsenal have proven trustworthy and unforgiving this season and I just don`t see a chaotic Sunderland being able to do any damage.
