Wolfsburg is a nice team with some interesting players. Bas Dost was playing not long ago in the Dutch second division and now he scored 2 goals vs Bayern or 4 goals vs Leverkusen. So they are truly relishing every moment of this Europa League.
I think that in general Wolfsburg are overrated. Despite talented players they are always capable of making a bad game against a well organized opponent … Inter is not that kind of opponent, but i think Inter has a lot of quality in attack. Wolfsburg’s defense has not really been tested. In the Europa League they destroyed Krasnodar (a good team, but not the same caliber) but people tend to forget that Wolfsburg was also raped by Everton both home and away.

Inter is dangerous in this competition because unlike the other teams, and especially Wolfsburg, they have absolutely nothing to play for in their own country. They are out of the cup and light-years behind the European spots … well, maybe not light-years but still far far away. I watched Inter several times this season, vs Juve, Roma, Celtic and Napoli (the last game) and they have impressed me. With Mancini the defense is not that ridiculous as it was under Mazzari and the attack is damn good. I am sure they can score goal or goals vs. Wolfsburg and i am also sure that the European lights really motivate Inter, because unlike other teams, this is not a secondary competition.
Inter +1 asian handicap is my prediction and I will stake my usual 8 units on this pick. Good Luck!
