Sweden hosts Iran in an International friendly to be played in Solna.

Sweden won 2-0 in Moldova on Friday thanks two two second half goals by Zlatan Ibrahimovic. It was not a great performance, at least not on the offensive end of the pitch … but Sweden got the three points with relative ease, so they have every reason to be satisfied. Iran is coming after a 2-0 friendly win over Chile on Thursday … a fantastic result, even though Chile did not play with their best lineup. It was the 6th clean sheet for Iran in 7 matches … the visitors are probably the best defensive team in Asia, they can be very hard to break down, they showed that even in the World Cup. On the other hand they do not have the same skill in attack, where lack of quality and the defensive tactical approach makes it very hard for Iran to score. They scored more than 1 goal only in 3 of the last 10 matches … despite meeting many inferior opponents.
