This is my second selection for the Kuurne - Bruxelles - Kuurne winner and this time I'm going with the only guy I think has a chance to beat Kristoff: Ellia Viviani.
Viviani was 3rd here last year and already said that he really likes this race and for him this is a big objective. In a recent interview he said:"I have done one or two long rides on the road too, because Kuurne-Brussels-Kuurne is a big focus for me after finishing third there last year. I don't know exactly what my shape is after two weeks on the track though - sure, I am really explosive, but I need to see if I also have the legs to get good results this weekend. Maybe Omloop Het Nieuwsblad is a little too hard for me - but I think I can perform well at Kuurne.'.
Viviani was good in Dubai where he managed to win 1 stage and finish second in another one beating Cavendish.
Viviani is the leader of Team Sky. He will have strong guys like Rowe, Puccio and Fenn to help him here.
Viviani is trying to improve this year and in my opinion he is the closest guy to the the top 4 sprinters in the world Kittel, Greipel, Kristoff and Cavendish.
Viviani had 9 wins in 2015. He said that he wants at least 15 this season so the confidence is there.
