The woes of AS Roma are refusing to end. Another draw for the highly rated Romans this weekend, 1-1 in Verona with Hellas. Granted, it was very unlucky, the whole stadium could see Roma deserved to win that game, they kept the ball like Barcelona in the good days, had chances, so at the very least it was an improvement in the level of play.
Roma will need to keep improving if they want to pass in the next round of Europa League.
Feyenoord came back from 1-0 down to grab a 1-1 draw in Rome, a result that puts them more or less on par with Roma in the bookmakers' eyes now. I disagree, it is a mistake.
Roma is having problems in terms of winning games, but it will not go on forever and they already put in a much improved performance this weekend. AS Roma played some good games on the road in Europe, like the 1-1 draw at City, so they can play these matches. Feyenoord is a good team, however none can say that they are getting even close to the quality of AS Roma.
In my judgement, Roma will be able to at least send this game to overtime and win it with experience. I fancy them to win in regular time however and qualify to the next round.
